When you post a vacancy, you are choosing to publish specific business data to the public domain. This includes:

• Publicly Visible: Company Name, Job Title, Experience, Salary, and Address.
• Unlocked Data: Your Contact Number and HR Name are only shown to users who accept our Safety Disclaimer.
• Internal Data: Your Email and DOB are used solely for admin verification and are never displayed publicly.

2. Information for Job Seekers

We value your privacy. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name to browse jobs. However:

• IP Logging: To prevent harassment of employers and bot scraping, we log your IP address and timestamp whenever you click "View Contact Details".
• No Tracking: We do not use third-party marketing trackers or sell your browsing history.

3. Data Security

All data is stored on a secure MySQL database. While we take standard precautions to protect the data, please remember that information you choose to publish (Employers) or access (Seekers) is done at your own risk on a public platform.
