Business Development Executive We are looking for a result-oriented professional to join our team and drive growth in the STP/ETP/Water Treatment sector. 📍 Location: Pratibhanagar, Kolhapur 💼 Role Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Market mapping for industrial clusters (Pharma, Textiles, F&B) and residential townships. • Technical Sales: Requirement analysis of water quality & collaboration with design teams for P&IDs/Proposals. • Tech Expertise: Promoting ROI on technologies like MBBR, MBR, and RO systems. • Closing & Liaison: Negotiating commercial terms/AMCs and bridging the gap between clients and project execution. • Reporting: CRM maintenance and sales forecasting. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 2+years of experience in sales, business development, or account management • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to understand technical or environmental solutions and explain them clearly to clients • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office Contact: snehal.telluscura@gmail.com or 08975153535
